How Does the Estate Planning Process Work?
Step 1. Fill out as much information as you can on the Online Questionnaire. At the end of the
Questionnaire hit the submit button and your information will be sent to our firm. If you don’t know an
answer to a question you can skip the question or contact our firm during normal business hours and an
associate will be happy to assist you. If you decide to skip the question we can address any missing
information we need in the next step.
Step 2. Our office will contact you in approximately 1 business day to go over the answers you
submitted on the online questionnaire. An attorney will also discuss the best way to tailor your estate
plan to suit your needs and goals.
Step 3. After going over all your questions and after full explanation of your estate plan by our attorney.
An appointment will be made to sign your documents at one of our convenient office locations throughout
New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. We can also meet with you to sign the documents in your home
at an additional cost.
